Archmage of Doom - Level 8

I just spent about 45 minutes yesterday trying to buy my new Dho Item Master Robe. I had died trying to get to the shop near Al-Araqs once already, and my corpse was surrounded by rust gomnies. Being level 4 at that time, I had no chance, even buffed, so I asked someone I had met earlier in Holtburg, Valiant, for help in retrieving my corpse. He gladly came and slayed the gromnies and escorted me to the shop. But when I tried to cash in my C notes to get the 50,160p needed to buy the robe, I couldn't carry it! Luckily, Valiant was there and he handed me most all of his equipment while I handed him my money. Finally we got the robe bought and exchanged equipment again. Later that day, he returned online and I decided I would become his vassal. I would like to show off my new robe and matching attire to everyone. I'm on Leafcull so I don't know if that will present a problem...hope to see myself on your great site soon!

Here he is, in his new Dho Item Master Robe! I once again made a new Level 1 character, this time on Leafcull, to meet up with him for the Runway shoot. He, of course, wanted to meet me in Glendon Wood! (Why does everyone want to meet in Glendon Wood? What's wrong with, say, the Shoushi Outpost?!) Knowing that I would never make it to GW alive from Cragstone, he had Dan the Swordsman (another of his characters) run from Holtburg to meet me and escort me. We had a few narrow escapes. One swipe from a Banderling almost did me in, but Dan healed me and we made it! We wanted to pose in front of the Lifestone, but it started to rain. Archmage of Doom chose a great spot, in front of painting that really set off the colors of his robe, to finish up.

Archmage of Doom explained that the reason he needed to meet me in Glendon Wood was because his Allegiance Meeting was about to start. He logged back on as Dan the Swordsman and took me to meet everyone. They look like a lot of fun; they were jumping all over the place!
