Quest Detail: Blackmire Temple
Fellowship only quest

The great Blackmire Swamp in Osteth begins to boil. A visible wave of magic erupts from a small temple between the ruins of Yanshi and the city of Sawato. It spreads across the world rippling over the desert and the inland sea, stretching across Dryreach and the eastern shore until all of Dereth and the outlying islands has been touched. Still visible, the wave of energy strikes an unseen barrier.
As the blood is siphoned from Strage Device's wound, magical energy filters into the archways. The room shudders with power.

For a brief moment the scent of a fetid, decaying swamp assails the senses. A visible ripple can be seen around Dereth and the islands. As quickly as the wave arose it is gone, and a voice carries on the wind, "Ekta vaik av kintiku, ia avtu ikni livaik ekta ukri! Tik Vaiktu Kiktij, ikni zirku zikt Bur av akri. Klia mijik av iaktik, ikni iak av ixk."

Oz al-Magnus & David a Doom of SC report: "The hookable portal reward from the fellowship quest is hookable (on a floor hook) by a non-monarch in a villa. It functions properly too for both clan and non clan members by dropping them near the swamp temple at 37.6S 46.6W as others have previously described." Now the four groups can be evenly distributed however the players choose and you can actually run between the different sides. There's no invisible barriers between the groups now. The monster make-up has changed as well now that all 4 paths are essentially balanced. The monsters don't drop corpses so all the loot just hits the ground. In addition to lvl 7 scrolls I quickly racked up several sing keys as well. I'm predicting huge future camped spot. I can keep this place a secret no longer! =) "

New Robe!
Red Fusion of TD reports: "Hi maggie, I found this new creature on caul, called Plaguefang. It's a reedshark, I killed it. It was roughly 835k exp and it dropped a hide. I turned into leather crafter and recieved a robe. It casts unnatural persistence (natural healing rate by 100%), Arcane Restoration (mana rate by 100%), and Vigilance (stam by 100%). AL 210, lvl 100 to wield, lore of 125 to use. Also when it got to about 30% heath it cast a spell on me called Plague. It wasn't a vuln, it was a critter debuff. When I finished killing it, I checked my debuff tab, but it wasn't on there, and it didn't expire until 30 secs after I killed it. I dunno what it did, but I did notice it hit me harder. I'm a mage, so I'm not sure if it's melee d buff or what, but it did hit me harder."

Ulgrim Returns!
Wiz Dev of TD reports: "I found 2 Ulgrims while wandering around Dereth. One is in Rithwic on the bridge fishing. This one is called "Ulgrim the Unintelligable". There is another one in Tou Tou named "Ulgrim the Unreal."  Evidently there is a quest going on in Dryreach. I'm going to check it out next :-) Also got pics of Ulgrim the Unintelligable and Unreal. BTW I think your site ROCKS maggie!!!"

Rotak T'karre and Daseeker of HG report on another Ulgrim: "Ulgrim the Unlucky is in Uziz in the tavern. Buy him a palm wine and he asks for red wine. Give him red wine and he talks about the toxic effects of spell components and being thrown across the desert by a monouga."

The quest ended after one week, at midnight on April 7th. After pulling himself together, Ulgrim finally made it home. Well, sort of! Now named "Ulgrim the Unappreciated," he appears slightly smaller in stature!

Ice Guardian of FF reports: "Hey Maggie I been playing for 4 years and I use your site at LEAST once a day! I love your site, it's so useful! Well here is a pic of Ulgrim's new look at his house, post robe quest! He seems 2 be back 2 normal, just he didn't meet my 'expectations' (Height Wise)."
