The Arcanum Researcher turns to you with an air of
efficiency and calm.
Arcanum Researcher tells you, "I must give you a
general debriefing of the statue affair as it stands. Nuhimidira was so
fervent in her persuasion that the Arcanum, believing that they were for
the people's good, allowed them to be presented to the town centers. Now
that she has been kidnapped, it is clear that the Arcanum was not the only
dupe! Nuhmidira has stopped the dreadful sacrifices that gave these
abominations life...but it appears it is too late--now they have gained
sentience, they have started to take sacrifices of their own!"

say primary portal recall/primary portal tie/summon primary portal I,II,

New Formulas for Health
Potions!

My alchemist (lvl 21 with alch skill 191.)
tried to make healing potions this morning. It seems that you can no
longer use healing infusions on victual infusions to make healing potions.
You now have to make health draughts by using a healing infusion on a
natural balm. To make a healing potion you then have to use a victual
infusion on it.
Azaryha
Aldron Do-nar of FF adds that elixirs are made
by using another health/mana infusion on the potion.

New Quest!
See the
Thorsten Cragstone's Armor and Axe quest for more details.
Hello, in the april patch....I talked to the Town Crier...he said
something about this Glysander Cartoth guy in Cragstone...so I went to
him....and talked to him. This is what he told me:
Glysander Cartoth tells you, "Hello, I hope that you
are here to help me! My name is Glysander Cartoth. I seek to recover a
series of letters that Elysa Strathelar wrote to my older sister, Lania
Cartoth. They were friends from childhood on Ispar and they corresponded
for some time here in Dereth. One day my sister disappeared. I believe the
letters may hold a clue to her disappearance. I will reward you with
Experience Points for every letter you bring me. Furthermore, my sister
once said something to me that leads me to believe the letters may direct
you to items of great worth: Thorsten
Cragstone's Armor or his axe! I know not whether these items are truly
attainable but..."
Glysander Cartoth tells you, "There is a man,
Brontynn Marshad, who promised to try to track down the letters but I have
not heard from him in some time. He was staying in a cottage south of
Eastham, near the beach. There is a chest in the cottage inside which he
said he would leave letters for me to pick up periodically. I give you the
key to the chest, for I am unable to make this journey. Please see if
there are letters in the chest and give Brontynn this note, should you
find him. This note authorizes Brontynn to give you any letters he may
have. Thank you, and best of luck!"
Glysander Cartoth gives you A Certificate of
Permission.
Glysander Cartoth gives you A Bronze Key.
I've run up and down near and not near the South Beach near
Eastham...haven't found the house he's talking about...so I can't get any
farther than that.

further:
Just found this cottage near Eastham. Coords are 15.2N / 65.6E. Use the
Bronze Key from Glysander Cartoth on the chest and obtain 2 letters. A
Letter Of Grief can be turned in for 3.000xp to Glysander Cartoth.

New Elixirs?
Balthazar, Royal Guardian can be found at 54.8S, 74.4E. It's reported
that Balthazar will give items in exchange for the Ruined Amulets
(only if you make a certain choice regarding Nuhmudira
in the
Gelidite Library!)
Balthazar, Royal
Guardian snaps to attention, and salutes you.
Balthazar, Royal Guardian tells you, "Hail, fellow
Isparian. I have been sent here to ensure that none ventures into this
hold. It is overrun by a horde of Sclavus that have removed some of the
items that have been collected by Nuhmudira, the Arcanum and their Agents.
These Sclavus are of a potent and singular mind it seems and all attempts
to root them from their positions have met with great casualties."
Balthazar, Royal Guardian sighs.
Balthazar, Royal Guardian tells you, "But have no
fear Isparian; our High Queen is organizing a unit of her elite forces to
establish a hold within the first rooms of this storehouse. Within one
cycle of the moons we shall be able to allow you within to assist in
purging these Sclavus, and to aid in the recovery of the wares within."
