Aun Kielerea tells you,
"Greetings. I am Aun Kielerea, a hunter for the Aun Xuta. My brothers and I have
ventured away from the land of Palenqual to seek out mightier prey than what can
be found near our home."
Aun Kielerea tells you, "This does not mean we have forsaken Aun Hareltah,
rather that we are looking for glorious battle against truly worthy opponents.
And we believe we have found it!"
Aun Kielerea tells you, "My brothers have stationed themselves across this land,
hunting the strongest of the creatures you call golems. They are not selfish,
and during the times that they are at rest, they will be happy to share in the
hunt and reward those who have taken up the same challenge as they. Please go
visit them."
Aun Kielerea tells you, "May you always be brave in battle."
Outpost: 60.8S, 88.0W (near Ayan, near Uziz portal)
Aun Aukherea
tells you, "Greetings, I am Aun Aukherea. My twin, Khekie, and I have
come to Ayan Baqur to hunt the Golem Lords. I am not quite as brazen as
Khekie, so I have chosen to stalk the western borders of this land in
search of the Coral Golem Viceroy."
Aun Aukherea tells you, "Would you like to hunt them as well? very well,
scour things in this region and others like it and I am sure you will
find the golem. Kill five of these golems, return to me and I will see
that your battles are rewarded!"
Aun Aukherea tells you, "Good luck to you, hunter! Return to me to see
your progress in your efforts against the Coral Golem Viceroys. The
spirits will speak and tell me of your victories!"
Aun Khekierea
tells you, "Greetings. I am Aun Khekierea. I have come to this city with my
twin, Aukhe, to hun the golem lords! While Aukhe has chosen to seek out the
Coral Viceroys, I am hunting the most dangerous of the Golem Lords! The
Platinum Golem Mountain King who resides solely in the valleys that wreak of
the atua ngamaru, has fallen before my claws."

Big dead is now a closed fellowship.

triumph! I only wish I could have been there to see the battle for the tale
is one of incredible glory. Use this key to take some of the bounty I have

Dungeon: Burun Burrow - 27.5S 53.9E
Gawa Ibn Edwas of SC reports:
"The new fort in te dires features a door which can easily be killed. After
killing the door, one will face a horde of tumeroks and lugian. They've set
up their defenses pretty tight. There are walls with spikes and catapults to
help them. After you entered the fort, you can jump down to the buildings
inside. I didn't see a lot of the inside, as I accidentially hit a portal.
The dungeon is 60+ restricted and that's where I am writing this email now."
From Deven-Kenyon SC:
ok, you go to fort, get the three letters off table, then head to the
burun dungeon, speak to the dead lugian and get a key, use the key on
the lugian crest downstairs and it yields the second part of the
insignia. Translate in Arwic.
As you rumage
through the belongings of the deceased lugian you discover an intricate
key that looks to fit a special lock. There is nothing else here,
perhaps the Burun took whatever this key opens.

A report from Killz al-Evil of
TD: "I discovered a new NPC named Jonas at the bottom of the dungeon (behind
the alter in the final room is a false wall with an extremely long
corridor). I gave him the keys found within the dungeon (worn, rusty keys i
think they were called) and he rewarded me with 3million xp. I then
proceeded to give him a SIK and he rewarded me with an Nanner Island Portal
gem. He also give other items like mastermage faran robes and nanners." (The
portal gem drops you off at 1.3N, 88.2E, right by the dead sycophant guy you
loot the note from to begin the painbringer quest.)

New Quest - Gibbering Claw!
Quest Details:
Gibbering Claw
A report from Lissette of FF: "Killed a Virindi Ajudicator and he
dropped a different looking gem. On closer inspection it was inscribed with
some instructions to use the gem to summon a portal. It also said something
about the director wanting a report on the last remaining subject. Use the
gem and portal into a dungeon with a variety of creatures, virindi, hollow
minions, drudges and tuskers. Exploring we found a pit that dropped to
another level. Further exploration on that level led us to a ramp leading
down. Soon we found another very deep pit (I would recommend a gem to make
sure no bludge vuln is on you). Dropping into the pit we found a creature
made up of various different creatures called the gibberling. Killing him
was fairly easy and yielded a gibberling claw. crushing blow, biting strike
10-20 acid UA +8% attack, + 11% melee, 350 UA to weild, misc. so-so spells
on it. The creature has a 3 min respawn and the claw has no timer (we picked
up two each). Also there is a runed chest in there on a one week timer, not
locked."

New Quest - Dark Towers
Quest Details -
Dark Towers
Mr Adventure
aka Yaroz
of MT reports: "While I was running along
the bottom edge of the Black Hills, something tripped off, saying that it
was not recognized. I came to find Consumed Wraith, Shadow Nightmares and a
Shadow Nightmare Leader on top of a hill. I could not pull them down,
because level 7’s were too short of range to reach them. The coords were
around 67.5S, 76.5S and
68.1W, 77W."
To reach the Dark Towers
you must find a gem portal gem off a Shadow Spectre or a Phantom Shadow.
You'll encounter high level Grievvers and Shadows, including the Nightmare
Leader and a Shadow Phantom Leader, plus a high level Runed Chest! Thanks
also to Oz al-Magnus & David a Doom of SC!

 |
Dark Towers |
Take heed! With the loss of our Lord, many
shadows seek leadership other than the old generals. A new dark power
is rising near the crater where our Lord was first imprisoned. Come
and bask in the dark glory! We shall rise anew and consume this land
with darkness!

Forbidden Catacombs!
Quest
Details:
Forbidden Catacombs
Rumor:
Forbidden Note
Mirken of TD reports: "Hey, I bought a note from Bael Zharon and it gave
me a hint to give the margul a shadow gem. So I gave him a shadow fragment
and it let me in Forbidden Catacombs. There are many high level monsters and
there are 4 big red chests on the bottom that need keys. We searched all
over the 2nd time through after we found out we needed keys. We hopped down
too soon and left 1 pit that we didn't search. Still didn't find keys."

all the monsters there since we can't find a boss creature. The chest
was filled with 10-15 pieces sing quality loot. Nothing was worthy of
picking up. We continued to kill drudges/golems in the chest room for
about 2 hours and no trace of another key."

New Quest - Large Golden Coin!
Quest Details:
Curse of
the Golden Coin
Nyx Smith of MT reports: "I found a gold hill portal gem on a scalvus
and it sent me to a hill near Danby's Outpost with bunch of scalvus and
a large gold coin."
|
 |
Gold Hill Ruins |
here's gold on that hill. While huntin'
along the inland sea I got me a gem like this one off a Sclavus. It
summoned me a portal to a hill where the Sclavus were protectin' some
sorta ruin. They forced me offin' that hill, but not before I caught
me a glimpse of somethin' gold shinin' in the ruins. I finally found
another one of those gems and I'm goin' back for the gold just as soon
as I kill me another Sclavus. - Harker Shan-ue of the Exploration

"The gem drops off a Chomu Sclavus. It drops you on a hill with some
ruins at 21.2n 12.6w, which is a bit east of Danby's Outpost. A bunch of
different size/level sclavus in the ruins. Also, a runed chest. The coin
is on a 30 second timer , laying on the ground near some rubble. The
coin seems to be one time only ever. You get the "You've completed this
quest too many times" message if you try to pick up a second one."

A small

flicks its tongue at you.
The snake wraps itself around your fingers, preventing you from dropping
the coin.
My coin will not fulfill the ache of wretched greed.
My curse on those who take my coin and mistake that ache with need
The snake releases its grip on your fingers as you slip the coin back
into your backpack.
Do not forget that you are bound to this coin as much as I am.
The snake wraps itself around your fingers, preventing you from dropping
the coin.
"You cannot discard my curse so easily. You are charged with a mission
to help those in need and I will see that you fulfill it."
Sek the Wise of MT solves the curse! He
reports: "Well as any good Sho should know about their history, I so
noted the story of
the greedy king and the golden pillar in the Heb library. As any truly
kind person would know the curse of greed can only be stopped by a
selfless act. The poor beggars of Dryreach need whatever they can get to
feed themselves.
You give Dinsmal the Beggar Large Golden Coin.
Dinsmal the Beggar tells you, "Thank you stranger!
I can get a good meal and a hot bath with this!"
The snake sighs and uncoils from the coin.
"You have lifted the curse. Finally, I may rest." The small snake coils
in
on itself biting its tail.
Dinsmal the Beggar gives you Serpent Ring.
Dinsmal the Beggar tells you, "Here, a small token
