A: The game will be available on 5/11/2005 in North America. International dates will be announced in the near future.

Q: What will the retail price be for the game?

A: Expect to pay approximately $29.99 for the game.

Q: What retailers will be carrying Asheron's Call: Throne of Destiny?

A: Quite a few. Best Buy, CompUSA, Amazon, EB, EB Canada, and GameStop are all confirmed outlets. As we add more we'll let you know.

Q: Do I need to already own Asheron's Call or Asheron's Call Dark Majesty before buying Asheron's Call: Throne of Destiny?

A: No.

Q: I'm an existing Asheron's Call subscriber with multiple accounts. Do I need to purchase a copy of Asheron's Call: Throne of Destiny for each account that I want to upgrade?

A: Yes.

Q: When will the Asheron's Call: Throne of Destiny pre-order box be available for retail purchase?

A: By 4/11/2005. Some retailers will likely stock it earlier, but we do not have control over that process and can't tell you when exactly they'll have it on shelf. We will update you when we know more.

Q: What will the retail price of the pre-order box be?

A: That is determined by the retailer, but will probably be between $9.99 and $12.99

Q: What is the benefit of buying the pre-order box?

A: You'll look cool holding it. Plus you'll also get an exclusive in-game item as well as a limited edition map of Dereth, a DVD version of the intro cinematic, and a $50 instant rebate from Alienware on the purchase of a system from them.

Q: Is there any other way for me to get these benefits?

A: Best Buy, CompUSA, Amazon, EB, EB Canada, and GameStop

Q: I have already pre-ordered Asheron's Call: Throne of Destiny from one of the retailers who will be carrying the pre-order box. Do I need to do anything to ensure that I receive the pre-order box?

A: Maybe. Some retailers are smart. Those guys will offer you the pre-order bonus pack since you're already "on their list". Some retailers are not as smart. Unfortunately what this means is that you should confirm your order again after the pre-order boxes become available to make sure you're getting the right box.

Q: I have already pre-ordered Asheron's Call: Throne of Destiny from a different retailer. Will I receive the pre-order box benefits? If not, what can I do to receive them?

A: See above. Check with the retailer once the pre-order boxes are available and see if that's what you're receiving.
