Tofino of WE reports that you receive a Shoushi Portal Gem if you give the Blind Snowman a Peppermint Stick! It appears to be random. Some players have even reported getting a portal gem to the Tusker Isle!

Blind Snowman tells you, "A stick? But, I've already got two perfectly good
arms."
The Blind Snowman raises the peppermint stick to his carrot and sniffs.

Cooper the Ard of FF reports on the update to the Lilitha's Bow quest:
 

Starting at 35.7N 33.4E in Holtburg
Talk to Eldrista the Adventurer who now has this to say.

Eldrista the Adventurer tells you, "No more scrabbling in dungeons for me! If you want some of Lilitha's dirty old arrows, you can go get them yourself!"
Eldrista the Adventurer tells you, "What? You want the story? Well, just west of here is a dungeon called Hunter's Leap. Legend has it that the great hunter Lilitha lived there when she was younger, while she practiced her skills."
Eldrista the Adventurer tells you, "I never met her myself, but I have a lot of respect for someone with that kind of spirit. Anyway, when she moved out, she left behind a lot of the bows and arrows she had made -- substandard work, stuff she wasn't happy with. But it's still better than what most of these so-called archers can make today."
Eldrista the Adventurer tells you, "I made my living for a long time by collecting the arrows she left behind and selling them. But then the banderlings moved out and a new bunch moved in and my Farmer left and ... I just don't think I want to do that anymore."
Eldrista the Adventurer tells you, "But ... if you find one of her old bows, bring it to me and I'll see what I can do for a reward."

The Farmer in the house next door has gone just as she says.

Now go to Hunter's leap 35.7N, 32.6E
Dungeon layout is the same but the banderlings have gone and its now full of the humans that you find running around on Marae Lassel. Grab yourself a bow (that has also been updated (+100% +8m, Value 875, 350BU)).

Now take it back to Eldrista the Adventurer who says this.

Eldrista the Adventurer tells you, "Very nice, very nice. This is one of the better examples of Lilitha's early work. You were lucky to find this."
You've earned 25,000 experience.

After giving her one, I went back and got another just to see what the quest timer was...I was kinda surprised to find that I could pick up another, so I went and handed it back in and she gave me this message:

Eldrista the Adventurer tells you, "This is nice ... but didn't you already bring me one of these this month? Do you have a bunch stockpiled or something? Sheesh! People these days. I'm not giving you anything for this."

Bandit Castle Update!
Larceny of TD reports that the Bandit Castle quest rewards have also been updated! Neydisa Hauberk is AL: 160, Bandit Shield is SL: 150, and you receive xp for various notes! Thanks to John R for info below.

Quarterstaff of Fire & Fire Spear Updated!
A report from Link from Hyrule of LC:
The quarter staff of fire and fire spear got updated. I've attached pictures with the new stats of them and the new stats of the banderling bandit.

The quarter staff of fire is now only on the banderling bandit, which is now only at 43.9N, 25.1E, a camp north of the aluvian gambling den. The banderling bandit also got an update. It's now level 30.

Holtburg Area Updates!
Numerous new rumors sold by Barkeeper Wilomine in Holtburg -  42.2N, 33.7E. Thanks to An Adventurer of LC!

Drudge Hideout (41.4N,33.3E) was formerly for levels 1-4 only, now has no restriction and is full of drudge slaves and robbers and a Runed Chest!

A White Rat Nest (40.2N,32.5E) had level restriction removed and title changed to 'A Rat Nest' and has all sorts of rats including a Mountain Rat and again a Runed Chest! Good Loot for Noobs!

Also found a Runed Chest with level VI loot in Dungeon Fern near Holtburg at 43.3N,37.2E. Thanks to Ally McAlchemist of TD.

The Lich House at 41.4N, 26.3E (near Edlebar) has been updated. The lich has been replaced with a lich lord and there's now a runed chest inside his hut.

Holtburg Dungeon upgraded from levels 1-10 to levels 1-25. Creatures updated to Drudge Slaves, Hunter Shreths, Jade Gromnies, Swamp Rats and Runed Chest. All the locks are 100 diff and the quest Items are on a 24Hr. timer and give 3000xp. Quest items are also no drop.

Empty Ruin at 36.1N, 39.6S is now Banderling Ruin. Full of Banderlings up to Chief. Has Runed Chest dif 100.

Hilltop updated. No more Peppermint Sticks from Prowlers. Instead you'll be fighting a group of Drudge Raveners! Thanks to Rosso of LC and Leonon of WE/TD.

Level restriction to Daiklos (33.7N, 29.2E) removed. Inside you'll now find Liches and a Silver Rat!

The Golem Shrine at 38.8N, 36.8E now has a runed chest (diff 100) and a Sandstone Golem.

Lockpick Love!
Depra al-Flame of MT reports Peerless lockpicks now have 50 uses! Good now have 35 uses, and Plain have 20 uses!
 

Runed Chest Timer Update!
Seldin the Rogue of WE reports: "I just picked a Difficulty 300 chest and opened got some mediocre loot. Then I saw another..I decided to pick it and try. I was surprised to see:
You may complete this quest again in 23h 56m ##s."

From various reports, it appears the different level chests have different timers.

Pokuto of MT reports finding a crossbow with a new lower burden! John reports finding an Amuli Coat with base AL:223. Thorsten Chopper of HG reports new weapon damages and Crokus of LC reports finding items with lowered difficulty (level VI clothing with difficulty of 184 and 198 -- previous lowest diff was 226)!
