Obliterators at Teth! (May 17, 2008)
Adren II of LC reports: "Envoy Rome was on earlier. I asked him to spawn 50
Obliterators at Teth, and lo and behold he did spawn about 20. Plus he
buffed my sword with rares!! Fun with Tername Trunkz, Axe Poomaster and
Tapestry, we took em all out. Check out the screen shot of my sword! Awesome
sword with crits of 9020 on the Monkey!!"

+Brute Warrior Defeated! (May 30, 2008)
Hi again Maggie, Airmail from Wintersebb back again with another live
event to tell you about. We got a message today in a broadcast saying that
the brute warrior was waiting for people in the PKL arena. A few of us
rushed there to see what was going on, and there was a level 275 character
there named +Brute Warrior, an admin controlled Player Killer Lite. He wore
a suit that basically made him take little damage, but he didn't wear a
breastplate, pauldrons, bracers or gaunts, so if you hit him in the
mid-section, you would do full damage as a melee or missile character. His
axe was brutal, does 750-1000 slashing damage, and even though the mods were
low, he was hitting me for 40ish full speed, 100ish full power, and even
with a +42% wand out, he was still hitting every attack. The battle went on
for about 15 minutes altogether and I believe he had 100000 health, an
attack from my CB spear was doing 60ish damage if I hit him any place he had
armor, and 750ish if I hit the unarmored parts. I was critting him for
approx 2750 points on a crit. He liked to jump spin to get away from the
melees (and that is actually how I lived the 3 separate times he targeted me
as well, I didn't die to him, heh heh). From what I can tell, he was immune
(or super high magic D to life magic etc) because no one could land a debuff
on him in any of the magic schools, just war damage was hitting him. In the
end I got the kill as well as the last hit and he portaled back to the PKL
arena and gave me his axe, which has a requirement of 10000 base Axe skill
to wield, but it makes a cool trophy anyways. I will send a SS of him and
the Axe as well, glad I could be of assistance again for a really fun live
