found out by trial and error how to turn your orange Virindi Consul mask to
red. The town criers tell you the Mask Makers have new dye to change the
color and to hand them the mask, but they only return the hertage masks.
It's Vincadi in Yanshi who turns it dark red. You can turn it back to orange
or red as many times as you want by just handing it back in. Oh, and it
recharges the mana too, heh."
