Fetid Dirk

The Fetid Dirk is dropped by a Master of the Pack, a level 16 Reedshark introduced in the Keep Your Enemies Closer event. It wasn't until A Perfect Paradox, however, that the creature began to drop the weapon.

Masters of the Pack have been spotted west of Lytelthorpe and Cragstone, east of Khayyaban and SE of Uziz. (Click on the pic to the left for a map of the spawns.) They are usually accompanied by several more reedsharks. Like all the creature lords, Masters of the Pack can be scarce and difficult to find. The approximate drop rate for the dirk is one in four.

During the Come What Follows event, Belinda du Loc in Stonehold developed the ability to enhance numerous trophy items. Hand your dirk to her and she will return the enhanced version. Original pre-patch weapons cannot be enhanced.
