Water of Ithaenc can be used to give a temporary boost to your Arcane Lore skill. The well is found next to Ithaenc Cathedral at 82.5S, 93.6E. Reach the Cathedral by using the Recall the Sanctuary spell, or by using a Wedding Invitation. Use the well bucket on the ground next to the well to retrieve the water.

You lower the bucket into the well and retrieve some of the cool, clear water.

There is a 24 hour timer on this quest.
