Aun Papileona's Shrine to Raeta - 38.9N, 76.3W (level restriction removed)

Aun Papileona tells you, "Greetings, traveler. Raeta's migrations are such a beautiful mystery of nature. But where she goes, I must follow. I have moved my shrine to again be near her presence."
Aun Papileona tells you, "It is unfortunate that my misfortune seems to have followed me in turn. I have a grave favor to ask you. In his jealousy, the anima Carenzi has infested the beautiful shrine I built for Raeta with his own creatures. I tried to route them myself, but the horrid beasts nearly ripped me to pieces and ate the key to my chest! Until my shrine is cleansed of his defiling presence, Raeta will not return!"
Aun Papileona tells you, "I locked my amulet inside my chest--if you bring it to me as proof that you have driven Carenzi away, I will reward you with the title of Carenzi Slayer. Follow Volkama's riverbanks to the south, and you'll find my shrine."
Aun Papileona tells you, "Incidentally, I would be careful going past my old grotto if I were you--a motley group of Hea have moved in and made the place their own. They had an interesting-looking chest with them...but I was in too much of a hurry to follow Raeta on her migration to inquire further."

What could be more fun than a group of unbuffed level 1s, running loose on Marae Lassel? A group of unbuffed level 1s running loose with butterflies, of course!!

To begin, take the Greenspire portal from Rithwic at 11.1N, 59.6E, then hop through the portal at 43.3N, 68.2W straight to Redspire.

Alternatively, you can go directly to Redspire from Holtburg (42.5N, 31.1E), Samsur (3.5S, 22.4E), or Yanshi (15.9S, 46.7E).

Once in Redspire, follow the road east to the river and cross the bridge. Once across, look to the right and you'll see a large tree growing near the water. Aun Papileona can be found in a small cave under the tree at 40.4N, 78.2W.

As instructed, head north past the bridge and you'll see a waterfall next to a snowy mountain. The portal to Aun Papileona's Shrine to Raeta is right in view at 41.6N, 78.3W  -- restricted to levels 1-15.

Inside you'll be battling Pouchling Carenzi (Level 5) and Sentry Carenzi (Level 10). From the entrance, head down the center ramp to the lower level. The dungeon is very straightforward; you can take either passage from the bottom. Keep heading north and go down another ramp to the final room.

In the center of the room you'll see a chest on a raised platform. A dozen or so Carenzi stand guard. Kill the Carenzi, and one of the Sentries will be carrying Aun Papileona's Key (7 day timer to pick up a key).

Use the key on the chest and retrieve Aun Papileona's Amulet (may not be given). Once everyone has an amulet, head back south down the shore to Aun Papileona. When you hand the Tumerok the amulet, you'll receive Raeta's Necklace in return.

If you like, you can hand the necklace to Aun Papileona to be granted the title of "Carenzi Slayer"! (Aun Papileona will not keep the necklace.)

Aun Papileona tells you, "Wonderful! Raeta graces my shrine once again. Take this necklace. Whenever you wear it, Raeta will bestow her grace upon you. If you wish to take on the title of Carenzi Slayer, give me back the necklace. I will return it and grant you the title."

The difficulty (Arcane Lore skill) needed to activate the necklace is 35. Lower levels may find they'll need a helpful buff. When you put it on, a cloud of butterflies appears around your head! It's an accessory no fashionable mule should be without!
