"Make stick good for big wanga!"

That's what Rumuba the Mosswart tells you when you find him deep in his Hidey Hole on the Vesayen Isles. Now who could pass the chance for big wanga?!

This smelly little fellow is looking for the "eyes" of the stone gods to further his studies. Bring him an Idol Gem, a trophy of an Idol or Dread Idol, and he'll exchange it for a  "bright sharp shiny", otherwise known as a Jade spearhead.

You can find Rumuba at the bottom of Rumuba's Hidey Hole located at 75.9 S, 89.2 E.

From the entrance, take the only tunnel from the portal room. It will bend to the right, then you'll see a ramp heading down. You'll enter a room with two choices: straight or right. Go straight until you see a ramp opening into a largish room filled with several Mosswart Fanatics.

The passageway continues on the opposite side of the room. As you enter the tunnel, you'll see another ramp down. The ramp will bend to the right, then to the right again. You'll enter a large misty green room and will have several more Mosswarts to fight. You'll descend another wide ramp requiring another right turn into a tunnel. It will bend to the left and you'll enter a large, pillared room.

Hug the right wall, and at the end of the room is another tunnel to the right with a ramp heading down. At the bottom of the ramp is another green misty room. You can go either left, right or straight. Take the left passage and you'll enter a 2nd large pillared room. Hug the left wall and look for a passage leading to another ramp heading even further down. Rumuba the Mosswart is at the bottom. You'll encounter Mosswart Fanatics, Idolators and Soul Trappers.

When you receive your spearhead, Rumuba will instruct you to attach it to a stick that's made from the heart of a wood giant.

The "wood giants" are, of course, Wood Golem  Take a Wood Golem Heart to a Trophy Smith who will craft it into a Golem Jo. Attach the Spearhead to the Golem Jo to make Rumuba's Jade Spear. The spear and the Idol Gem can be dropped or given away. The Spearhead is not transferrable. There is also a timer on the spearhead.

Getting to the Vesayen Isles
There are several methods to get to the Vesayen Isles. One way, of course, is to stand around in town and beg for a portal to the "New Hub" (located in Jungle Shadows).

Another way is via a Wilderness Portal (61.7 N, 48.6 E) near Bandit Castle.

For lower levels, you can also kill Shadow Children on the beaches south of Mayoi who will open portals to the small 1-25 Level Restricted island on death. There's a portal to the settlement of Kryst on this island. [This route is no longer available.]

A fourth way is to successfully cast the new portal spell: Recall the Sanctuary. This places you at the more dangerous section of the archipelago.

Idol Spawning Grounds

One good source of Idol Gems is the Idol Spawning Grounds located at 72.3S, 87.5E.

Wood Golems are prevalent in the woods to the west of Glendon Woods. Another reliable source is outside  Folthoid Cellar (8.6 S, 52.9 E) near Yanshi.

Special thanks to famous writer Nandesu Ka and my wonderful vassal Ned Cleversun for help on the quest!
