A note from Iquba
I once met Alatar Locke, the great traveler. He told me of a dungeon full of locked doors, where an unusual sword may be found; it is apparently on the edge of a terrible, terrible desert in the Direlands. But the travel is treacherous, and he said one must travel to a distant cave first. I know not why. 

If you wish to know more of that cave, give this note to Tibri the Cavedweller, who lives in a cave southwest of the town of Cragstone. Look for the abandoned barn that's northwest of Pogget's farmstead, and go west from there.

As the note indicates, head SW from Cragstone to reach Tibri's Cave ("A Cave"). Farmer Pogget is no longer living at the farmstead, but you can find the cave at 24.2N, 43.2E (no level restrictions).

Inside the entrance, you'll be greeted by a group of Banderlings: Raiders (Level 14), Blades (Level 19) and Ogres (Level 21). It's best to fight them at the initial room, so you can pop out the exit portal and heal if needed. Once you've cleared out the first onslaught, you'll have three passageways to choose from.

Take the middle passageway (heading South). It will split, with a passage bearing East and a passage bearing West.

If you take the East split (left) and hug the right wall, it will lead you to Tibri. She's standing in a room behind a smoky haze. 

All this time in a cave has apparently affected her mind!

Tibri the Cavedweller says, "Avoid the great crater, I say; the caves there are none too pleasant, even for me! Oh, the fumes!"
Tibri the Cavedweller says, "Caves are the place to be, indeed!"
Tibri the Cavedweller says, "Avoid the lightless ones! Evil, evil are they!"

Give her A note from Iquba and in exchange she'll give you A note from Tibri, with vital information on the last key for the SoLL.

Tibri the Cavedweller reaches into her pocket and pulls out an old note.

Tibri the Cavedweller tells you, "Seeking that mythical sword? Get yourself to the Carved Caves, a hidden place far to the west and just a bit north of the tiny town of Stonehold."

Tibri the Cavedweller tells you, "Stonehold lies near the mountains to the northwest, on the far side; seek the Healer there. Deep within the caves, take from the lightless ones the seventh key."

Tibri the Cavedweller tells you, "Make no mistake; I think the lightless ones were the downfall of the ancients! Here is another secret: if you reach the lightless ones, one of the portals shall take you to the place of which I have written in my notes."

To find the spear, head back up to the initial split. This time, take the right passage, heading West. Head down, and stay to the right. Go down another steeper ramp and you'll be fighting more Banderlings and some Mountain Rats (Level 18). As you near the bottom, you'll see even more Mountain Rats on your radar. You'll have to fight your way through 7 of them to reach the Spear room. Tibri's Fire Spear can be found lying on the ground in a corner of the room.

If you return the spear to Tibri, she will give you a reward of 50,000 experience points!

You've earned 50,000 experience.

Tibri's Fire Spear may be dropped or given. There is no timer on picking up the spear; however, there is a timer on turning it in for the xp reward.

Tibri the Cavedweller tells you, "Thank you, but no thank you. Perhaps later."
Tibri the Cavedweller gives you Tibri's Fire Spear.

Note: You must complete the quest (pick up the spear) to receive the xp. If you give the spear to another character to turn in, you'll get a message that Tibri doesn't know what to do with that.
