Robe of the Tundra

The Robe of the Tundra is a trophy from a Tundra Mattekar, a new Mattekar introduced in the Keep Your Enemies Closer event. The approximate drop rate for the robe is about one in four.

Tundra Mattekars can be found in the mountainous regions of Dereth. Like all the new boss creatures, they can be scarce and difficult to find. To give an idea, Crazy Carl of FF reported that as he scanned the Linvak Range, he stumbled across 223 Dire Mattekars, 152 Dread Mattekars, and sadly... 0 Tundra Mattekars!! (Uryell reports he found his Tunrda Matty near the low grade Lugian Mine at 73.9S, 39.0E. Cylaria the Mage found her Mattekar at 83.0S, 34.4E.)

When you find a Tundra Mattekar, it will usually be accompanied by a few Dire Mattekars.

Fixed in the Widening Gyre patch. The Robe now covers the head:

Currently, there is a bug with the Robe. It has a hood, but doesn't cover the head as it should. Sean Huxter, Turbine Dev, has stated they are aware of the error and it is to be fixed.

During the Come What Follows event, Belinda du Loc in Stonehold developed the ability to enhance numerous trophy items. Hand your robe to her and she will return the enhanced version. Original pre-patch robes cannot be enhanced.
