There's romance in the air! Nasun ibn Tifar of the North Yaraq Outpost (18.7S, 1.6W) asks your help delivering a note of Congratulations to Mara al-Luq, daughter of Lubziklan. His flowery words betray that his interest might be more than casual. After getting an additional signature from Ahyara at the East Yaraq Outpost (21.4S, 1.2E) and delivering the note to Mara, return a thank you note to Nasun for a small reward. 

Note: To shorten your runs, tie to the lifestone in town, which is halfway between the two outposts!

Nasun ibn Tifar tells you, "My friend Mara al-Luq, the flower of Yaraq, has just received some happy news, and I want to congratulate her."
Nasun ibn Tifar gives you Congratulations.
Nasun ibn Tifar tells you, "Would you have the time to bring this to Ahyara in the East Yaraq Outpost? She is also a friend of Mara's, and would wish to sign this small note as well."

This quest certainly gives you plenty of opportunity to see the local countryside as you travel to the East Yaraq Outpost (21.4S, 1.2E) to find Ahyara. (Recall to the lifestone first to shorten your run.) Ahyara gives you back the signed congratulations and asks you to deliver it to Mara in Yaraq proper. She also give you her own congratulations which needs an additional signature before delivery.

Ahyara tells you, "My friend Mara al-Luq in Yaraq has just received some happy news, and I want to congratulate her. Could you rush this to Nasun in the North Yaraq Outpost? He is a bit smitten with Mara, and would wish to sign it first."
Ahyara gives you Congratulations.

You give Ahyara Congratulations.
Ahyara tells you, "Ha! Only for fair Mara would Nasun write sooner than I. And overwritten, as usual. He does love his vocabulary."
Ahyara gives you Congratulations.
Ahyara tells you, "Since you are here, would you do us the honor of presenting this note to Mara, at her father's villa outside Yaraq [sic]? I am sure she will be pleased to receive it."

Mara al-Luq has moved from her father's residence and now resides in Yaraq at the Cerulian Cove tavern - 21.7S, 1.6W. Mara is also the Yaraq's Society Agent for the Exploration Society's Letter Quests. Recall to the lifestone, then give her the congratulations; she hands you a Thank You note to return to Nasun.

Mara al-Luq tells you, "Oh, what a sweet man Nasun is! I wish I could understand but half of his words, but I know he means well."
