Town Crier tells you, "The Burun have unearthed another ancient structure. This one can be found in the direlands. Oddly, their Renegade allies have not been spotted in the area."

The final Blackmire quest, Izji Qo's Temple, is the easiest of the 5 to complete. You'll hack and slash your way through to the final crypt where you can receive one of three fellowship scrolls. Bring several people for each level section you are completing. Stock up on Health Elixirs and Dispel Gems, and bring a Healer's Heart or Attenuated Awakener. You'll be fighting Burun & Guruk, so bring your frost weapon!

Timer: 28 days

To reach the dungeon, run from Fort Tethana, or use the the hookable Portal to Izji Qo's Temple from the Blackmire 3: Halls of Hizk Ri quest.

As you approach the temple you'll see why no renegades had been spotted; they're all dead! Their corpses litter the temple entrance guarded by a few Guruk Smashers. Jump down into the pit then talk to the Guardian to be portalled into the entry section.

Portal space wells around you, causing slight discomfort.

When you enter, you'll see a broken guardian toppled on the floor and several passages leading from the main room. Take the NE passage to reach the level split guardians. The other passages end in Burun and Guruk! Choose the guardian that corresponds to your group's level and enter the Trials. Again, this quest is divided into three sections: 60-79 (green glow), 80-99 (yellow glow) and 100+ (red glow).

As you approach the Guardian, you hear the sounds of Burun on the other side of the wall. Before you can act upon your second thoughts, the Guardian's magic pulls you forward into the next area of the temple.

The dungeon is straightforward. Once you got right from the entrance, there's only one way to go. Fight the Burun and Guruk through to the end then use the Guardian on the north wall to portal to the next section. Before the final jump, have your mages imp and vuln the creatures below so your group isn't overwhelmed.

Below are the different types of creatures found in each section:

Izji Qo's Trials - Levels 100+
--Creatures:
Burun Ruuk Savage, Burun Ruuk Shaman, Guruk Behemoth, Guruk Colossus

Izji Qo's Trials - Levels 80-99
--Creatures:
Burun Ruuk Soothsayer, Guruk Brute, Guruk Destroyer, Burun Ruuk Fiend

Izji Qo's Trials - Levels - L 60-79
--Creatures:
Burun Ruuk Lout, Burun Ruuk Seer, Guruk Basher, Guruk Boor

Guardian teleports you with Izji Qo's Defenders.

The creatures for the Defender section are the same as above with the exception of the high section which also contains Guruk Titans. Again, there's only one route through. When you reach the ledge above the final room, you'll see large stone heads surrounded the room. Imperil and vuln the creatures below then send the melees down to clear the way. Take the north hall from the final room to reach the Guardian. Use it to be portalled into the Crypt.

Guardian teleports you with Izji Qo's Crypt.

Izji Qo's Crypt has obviously been defiled. The sarcophagus lies tipped over on its side underneath an Eye of the Watcher. Use a dais to choose one of three fellowship scrolls as your reward. As with the other fellowship scrolls, you will receive all four levels of that spell (4-7), no matter which section of the quest you went on.

Scroll of The Soothing Wind gives you Scroll of Superior Soothing Wind.
Scroll of The Soothing Wind gives you Scroll of Greater Soothing Wind.
Scroll of The Soothing Wind gives you Scroll of The Soothing Wind.
Scroll of The Soothing Wind gives you Scroll of Lesser Soothing Wind.

If you try to get a 2nd reward before the timer is up, you'll receive this message:

Though the matron's sarcophagus is upset and her body is missing, you still feel uneasy as you reach toward the scroll. Perhaps it would be best to wait the full turning of the moons before trying to obtain these objects.

A portal is also located in the final crypt room. When the quest first opened, it gave this message when used:

A feeling of dread washes over you for a moment, as it dissipates you are aware that the strength of the beacon is not great enough to deliver you to the location where it leads.

Once opened, it led to Reeshan's Lair.
 

Scroll of The Endless Well

A scroll imbued with the power to enhance a fellowship's ability to regenerate and replenish their tie to the mana streams of the world. There appear to be four scrolls laid out on a small dais.

Scroll of The Soothing Wind

A scroll imbued with the power to enhance a fellowship's ability to regenerate health. There appear to be four scrolls laid out on a small dais.

 

Scroll of Superior Soothing Wind

Inscribed spell: Superior Soothing Wind (Enhances the blood flow and aids in knitting wounds closed. All fellowship members receive a 115% increase to their natural health recovery rate.)
Use this item to attempt to learn its spell.
