From the Throne of Destiny Expansion.

In the Throne of Destiny expansion, players have the choice of aligning themselves with one of two factions. Each has its own series of quests and a player aligned with one may not complete the quests of the other faction. The quest for Eleonora's Heart is the first in the Silyun series.

To begin, speak to Grand Mother, the Mother of Silyun. To reach Silyun, take the portal outside of Sanamar at 76.6N, 58.7W.

NPC: Grand Mother - 87.4N, 70.5W (Silyun)

Grand Mother tells you, "You are a stranger to Silyun and owe us nothing. Even so, I beseech you listen to my words and help me heal an old man's grieving heart."
Grand Mother tells you, "The Duke's daughter, Eleonora, was a proud and noble warrior. She led our people to many great victories in the war against Varicci. But her skill was not enough to hide her from the King's vengeance forever."
Grand Mother tells you, "Before the Fiun barrier was dropped - before we even knew of the existence of lifestones - Eleonora fell in battle against Varicci himself."
Grand Mother tells you, "He took her to his torture chamber and murdered the poor girl. When he delivered her body to us, we were horrified to learn that he had removed her heart."
Grand Mother tells you, "The Duke has not been the same since that day. His grief knows no end. But if we could retrieve that young warrior's heart, I am certain that his grief would begin to subside."
Grand Mother tells you, "Journey to the Royal Hall of Sanamar, enter the torture chamber, and put an end to this tragedy."
Grand Mother tells you, "But I warn you - if you do this, you will fall out of favor with the Grand Knight of Sanamar. He may well treat you with the same enmity with which he and his King have long treated us."

The Viamontian Torture Chamber is located at Sanamar's Great Hall located at the top of the hill behind the city proper. Go through the front gates, and head to the outside of the inner hall to reach the entrance portal.

From the entrance, head right and go down a series of ramps. At the bottom, go through the wooden door and turn left into the large torture room. Go straight through to the end of the room and make a right into the the weapons room.

If you go left, you'll reach a series of cell blocks. Eleonora's Note can be found in the far NW one behind a locked door (resistance 82). Head back to the weapons room and this time take go straight.

You'll see banners flanking a passage way. Take the ramp down and go straight. You'll soon see a ramp heading up. Don't take it, but instead take the gated door to the left of the ramp up.

Go through the room and take your second left. At the 3 way split, to left and retrieve the Torture Chamber Key off the bed (no timer).

Exit the key room and keep right, following the passage back to the main hall (at the T). Take a left and follow the corridor to the locked Torture Chamber Door. Use the key on the door and bear left again. Eleonora's Heart rests on a pedestal guarded by Viamontian Executioners.

Return to Grand Mother with the heart for your reward!

You give Grand Mother Eleonora's Heart.
Grand Mother tells you, "You are a most kind and generous soul. I knew that we could count on you. You are welcome to stay in Silyun as long as you like."
You've earned 20,000 experience.
Grand Mother gives you Friend of Silyun Token.

You give Grand Mother Friend of Silyun Token.
Grand Mother tells you, "May your kindness to the people of Silyun be known to all you meet."

Title: Friend of Silyun
