From the Throne of Destiny Expansion.

An easy newbie quest from the new expansion starts in Sanamar. Return a necklace to penguinaphobic Lorca Sammel for a reward! The rumor for this quest, written by the contemptuous Sir Binwas Loc, can by purchased from the barkeep Jean Vaden nearby.

Rumor: Flightless Death
NPC: Lorca Sammel - 71.9N, 60.9W (Sanamar)

Lorca Sammel says, "If I had spent more time with the sword than with my books, perhaps I could have handled those wild beasts."
Lorca Sammel says, "That's the last time I tangle with a colony of rabid penguins, I tell you."
Lorca Sammel says, "My necklace! If my mother were here, she'd strangle me!"

Lorca Sammel tells you, "Would you please help me? I have lost my most precious heirloom. And I am afraid that I have not the combat prowess required to obtain it."
Lorca Sammel tells you, "A group of wild beasts waylaid me as I wandered outside the city walls. If I had not run quickly to the town gates, I surely would have met my end."
Lorca Sammel tells you, "If you would, please explore the lair near 71.7N 60.4W. If you find my necklace, please return it to me. I will reward you as handsomely as I am able."

If you are above the difficulty level for the quest, he also adds:

Lorca Sammel tells you, "I realize that such a quest is beneath your abilities, but if you would help me, I would be most grateful."

Once you start working your way through the dungeon, you'll see why Sir Binwas Loc was so dismissive of Lorca Sammel! The little penguins, though aggressive when attacked, are very easy to kill! To find the necklace, simply keep right (or left) the entire time. You'll find it in a chest near the surface portal. Return with it to Lorca Sammel for your reward!

You give Lorca Sammel Lorca Sammel's Necklace.
Lorca Sammel tells you, "You found it! You found my missing necklace! Thank you so much, my friend."
Lorca Sammel tells you, "Please accept this as a token of my deepest appreciation!"
You've earned 20,000 experience.
Lorca Sammel gives you Lorca Sammel's Gauntlets.
Lorca Sammel gives you 200 Pyreals.
Lorca Sammel tells you, "You should visit Elena du Furza next. She may have an interesting task for one of your abilities."
Lorca Sammel tells you, "And, umm, if you wouldn't mind, do you think you could just keep this whole penguin business to ourselves?"

If you picked up one of the Penguin Beak trophies while in the dungeon, you can turn it in to the collector in town for a reward!

You give Collector Penguin Beak.
Collector tells you, "Ah, a beak from the most feared and troublesome penguin. Wave one of these at Lorca Sammel. I promise you, it's a good time."
You've earned 500 experience.
Collector gives you 500 Pyreals.

Or you can give it to Lorca Sammel for a laugh. The Collector is right; it is a good time!

You allow Lorca Sammel to examine your Sycophantic Penguin Beak.
Lorca Sammel tells you, "Get that thing away from me! Get it away!"
