Rogue Scholar Qath al-Haddash of Qalaba'r asks for your help in tracking the Viamontian's interest in the Mukkir, a strage spider-like creature.

Qath al-Haddash tells you, "Yes, you should be suitable... I have been tracking Viamontian interest in a certain obscure race of creatures, thought long-vanished... I would have you journey to the dig site overseen by Master Vaserio, a Viamontian scholar. Bring me Vaserio's notes on their findings. The notes are likely to be written in some strange cipher, unreadable by the untrained eye. The dig site can be found at 54.2 S, 78.6 W."

The dig site is located outside of Ayan Baqur. The run is quite long. When you have a choice, stay to the higher ground. Inside, the drop is safe.

The dungeon is easy to navigate. Simply keep left the entire way to the final room. Kill Master Vaserio who drops Vaserio's Encoded Notes (3 minutes respawn).

Return to Qalaba'r and give the Encoded Notes to Qath al-Haddash for your reward: the Intricate Mukkir Orb, xp and Master Vaserio's Notes!

To reach the dungeon, take the NW Direlands portal near the Aerlinthe drop. Keep right throughout the dungeon.

To reach the dungeon head to Al-Jalima from Arwic at 33.6N, 57.2E then take the Mirthless Dale settlement portal at 23.2N, 42.3W.
