What is the Order of the Raven Hand doing on the Singularity Caul? What hideous servants of the shadows will they unleash? Characters over level 100 can investigate and try to put an end to their latest plot!

Vitae Boy of MT reports: "To start the Cult of the Raven Hand quest, go to 99.7, 96.7 on caul. Talk to Surloshen Realaidain. Go to 96.5, 95. Kill Xaa Xiil for the Twilight Fragment. Kill Archon Traesis for the Caliginous Aegis. Go to 94.3, 93.4. Kill Greater Void Lord for Raven Fragment. Kill Archon Greis for Circle of Raven Might. Go to 95, 98.2. Kill Greater Panumbral Horror for Iniquitous Fragment. Kill Archon Ingfall for Mitts of the Hunter. Put the Fragments together, and turn them in to Sarkin Killcrane in Wai Jhou for 10% (I think) xp. There's more, but it's restricted 150+ and I'm 106, so I couldn't go :(

There are alot of lvl 125-135 Ravens running around him. I lured a bunch off the hills.

Alot of the structures on the Caul Isle have stuff there, so blow the dust off a internet map of Caul and have at it!

You give Sarkin Killcrane Vestibule Lock.
Sarkin Killcrane tells you, "So many adventurers have brought me pieces of this item, and it is only now that I see if completed that I remember where I've seen it before."
Sarkin Killcrane tells you, "You've been to the Soul Crystal Vaults, correct? You know - Fenmalain, Caulnalain, Shendolain, those three. Each house a gate that requires a key. Looking at this, it appears to be part of one such gate.
Sarkin Killcrane tells you, "With this lock in our hands, we can assume that one such gate exists on the Singularity Caul, likely in an incomplete state."
Sarkin Killcrane tells you, "We know that these gates guarded some of the scattered pieces of the Crystal Array that were used to contain the essence of the Hopeslayer. It is not so far fetched to think that other similar arrays were created to contain other horrors.

You turn them it to Sarkin Killcrane in Wei Jhou. He gives you 10% XP for the Tome (which has to be Translated at Zachial) and he gives you the Journal Back.

The Raven Hand are gonna release some creature trapped in a Crystal Prison. Sound Familiar???

Group was Zenoth, Darius of the Nexus, Lithea Sarmad, and Tlosk.

Tlosk got the kill on the High Archon, which dropped nothing significant.

Kilcrane gently unlocks the sealed translation and quickly skims the bulk of Kuyiza bint Zayi's translation.
Sarkin Kilcrane tells you, "A Dericost text... Kuyiza always manages to come through on these types of artifacts."

It turns out that the Raven Aegis offers no additional protection whatsoever. Both bottem and top end hits are exactly the same. It is, however, shiney, and red, which makes up for the lack of additional functionality."
