Hi Maggie,

I went into the whispering blade chapterhouse and found a new NPC: Hassim.

Hassim tells you, "If you would do more for the Whispering Blade, I would ask you to investigate a Raven Hand installation in the Direlands, not too far from Ayan Baqur. We have reason to believe that the Raven Hand has made common cause with the Ordina Rossu Morta. There are only a few reasons I can think of why these groups would work together, and they are terrible reasons."
Hassim tells you, "Please seek out the home of the Raven Hand Diviner Pheraion at 60.0 S, 75.5 W and bring me back what evidence you can of their dark collusion. Whatever else you find in Pheraion's lair is yours - but I must have his notes!"

The dungeon is fairly straight forward. A lot of Conscripts, Augers and Hunters in the dungeon. Towards the end there are Pheraion Guards (level 155). The final room has the boss Pheraion (level 165); he carries a key to his chest.

His chest had his notes and one of the new royal weapons. Take the notes back to Hassim in the chapterhouse.

Hassim tells you, "This confirms our worst fears. I thank you for the risks you have taken on our behalf. Surely, dark days lie ahead for all who fight against the Shadow."

Begin by speaking with Hassim in the Wispering Blade Meeting Hall, then head to 60s 75.5w portal is restricted to chars 120+

Raven Hand enemies, Pheraions guards and Diviner Pheraion are who you battle.
The dungeon is pretty straight forward. When in doubt go left. Most passages lead to correct path. Fight way through til reach a precipice with acid pit around it. Look down to west and jump to platform and continue down. Fight your way to end and Kill Diviner Pheraion. Loot him for a key. Loot nearby chest for notes and other items. Included in my loot was a new royal runied bastone level 120 to weild.

Return to Hassim hand him notes and receive 15mil exp for your efforts
