Start off in the chapterhouse in Sanamar and talk to the new NPC named Jathaq al-Nishadina by the table with the Silveran Tokens. He tells you to go to coords 75.8N, 70.5E on Vissidal Island. Bear towards the North/East along the shore towards the left side. The dungeon portal is inside a bunker and is for levels 140+, no tie, recall, summon. Inside you'll be fighting Umbral Soldiers (165), Tainted Knights (170), Archmage Aigonne (165), Panumbral Soldiers (165), and Pontifex Maegris himself (165) leader of the Raven Hand.

As you go further and further in, you'll be fighting gate guards who drop keys that open the door behind them. After dispatching these guys and moving further inside, you'll eventually find and fight Archmage Aigonne. Loot his heart, note, and key from his body once you've dispatched him. Use the key on the door tand once you get to the room with the multiple sacrifice devices, jump down into the pit and get ready to take on Pontifex Maegris himself, along with two Panumbral Soldiers and a Tainted Vivimancer.

Loot his head and book and proceed back to the Rossu Morta Chapterhouse. Give the heart and head to Jathaq and you'll get some XP (mine was 19,951,755) and a golden recall orb. Grab a Silveran Token off the table for your weapon of choice and hand it to the Chaperhouse Chamberlin for your reward of the Red Runed Silveran Weapon.

Some additional notes: The Tainted Knights have their heads on backwards for some odd reason in the ID panel. It's probably a glitch but it's funny to see nevertheless. Also, the Rossu Morta recall orb says it will transport the user to the Whispering Blade Chapterhouse, which of course is a typo. =)"

Jathaq al-Nishadina tells you, "You may be strong enough to help me, friend. We recently learned of shameful and idiotic betrayal of Pontifex Maegris of the Raven Hand. It was stupid to trust him, but that is another matter. What most concerns us is that a team of Count Dardante's most capable assistants, under Archmage Aigonne, located Maegris' summoning chamber, from where he apparently tried to wake Grael. We know something happened, but we cannot be sure, and Dardante's assistants have not returned. You must investigate the summoning chamber and bring back what evidence you can of Maegris and Aigonne. The summoning chamber can be reached through the Black Spear shrine on Vissidal Island, at 75.8N, 70.5E."

Jathaq al-Nishadina tells you, "You have, ah, Aigonne's heart? It is grisly and unpleasant, but it had to be done. Please give it to me."

Jathaq al-Nishadina tells you,"Thank you for bringing back Aigonne's heart. Just a cursory inspection of this grisly trophy indicates that something very strange happened to Aigonne down there. You also have Maegris' head, do you not? Please hand it over. With the head and the heart, we should be able to use some of our more, ahem, unorthodox tracking techniques to locate Grael."

Jathaq al-Nishadina tells you, "The head of the faithless Pontifex Maegris should help us conduct a full investigation of what happened in his summoning chamber. You have also brought in Archmage Aigonne's head, so I thank you and pronounce myself satisfied with your efforts. You may find this orb useful... It will allow you to recall directly to this Chapterhouse."
