NPC: Unfriendly Barkeep - 25.3S, 56.6E

Ugly Mofo of WE reports:
I just logged in and according to Ulgrim there is some mischielf happening near Sawato. Once you go there talk with Sergeant Huang.

Sergeant Huang tells you, "Hello, I am Sergeant Huang, apprentice to the Ryu Jou Gai, temple of the Dragon of Power. The people of Sawato, in this obscure swamp, have gone unnoticed and unprotected for too long. Because of this bandits have moved in and are extorting the people of Sawato. As an apprentice to the Ryu Jou Gai I have been charged with organizing efforts to remove or at least hinder these bandits."
Sergeant Huang tells you, "Take this mask, I believe it will allow you to infiltrate the Bandit's hideout. Their hideout can be found near 25.6S 56.5E. Talk to the Barkeeper there, our intelligence leads us to believe he acts as some sort of door man."
Sergeant Huang tells you, "Gain access to the base of these bandits and bring me back any information you may find about their activities in this region."
Sergeant Huang tells you, "May you be guided by the Four Stones of Jojii."

Once you go there you will see a lone bartender in a house. He will say the following:

Unfriendly Barkeeper tells you, "I don't think I have seen you around these parts before... You must be one of those new recruits."
Unfriendly Barkeeper tells you, "Get out of here, go around back and use the trap door!"

Sergeant Huang tells you, "I see you have found a ledger, this will serve us quite well."

The trap door is behind him outside. Once inside it's fairly simple to navigate. You need to kill 15 of the Sawato Bandits who are level 155. Some of them have hollow crossbows, so bring some armor. Once you kill 15 of them, work your way down. There will be a portal there that you can now access. Inside will be 3 bandits, one of which will look different than the others. He also has more health. Upon killing him, on his corpse is a ledger. Return it to Sarge for your reward.

Sergeant Huang tells you, "Take this key, you will find an old footlocker here with me. In that footlocker you will find rewards that will assist you in continuing your good deeds throughout these lands."
Sergeant Huang tells you, "Take the weapon and the shield and select only one of the breastplates."
Sergeant Huang tells you, "If you feel you do not need these items you may return them to me and I will reward you differently."
Sergeant Huang tells you, "I fear that the Bandits may still recognize you. Come back to me later and I will let you know when I believe they have forgotten you."

Inside the chest I received a Jitte of Law. Which casts on strike a spell to drain 50-100 health but reduces your melee by 60. Also a shield with some major banes and your choice of one of 3 breastplates that cast 2 mods and a minor.
