Kill the Soul Hunter and loot the Soul Hunter's Untranslater Orders on him.. go North then East.

The Soul Hunter quest begins at Sawato - 28,9E / 59,3E to be exact - by talking to Hasin Lin. No talking to him = no flagging for the dungeon! :P

The Soul Hunter's Lair is at 27,8S / 55,7E and lvl 60+. From the entrance, keep going straight until you hit an altar. There are 2 ways of getting to the Soul Hunter:

1. Pick up the sacrificial knife, pick up the goblet, use the knife on the goblet and give it to the altar (using doesn't work). By doing so you sacrifice some blood of yourself and are flagged to enter the portal, which is a shortcut straight to the Hunter. Or, you take the long route

2. and head through the other corridors in the room with the altar (longer route)
either way, you end up at the Soul Hunter. Give the untranslated orders to fran sen (sp?), the translator at hebian, and bring them back to Hasin Lin to receive 2,xxx,xxx xp.

Thats it :P I guess the quest flags you for a quest added next month. No clue yet inhowfar sacrificing / not sacrificing affects the future.
