From the Friend and Foe event.

Rumor: Tethana's Response
Rumor: The Queen's Missive
Rumor: Tethana's Price

Yog-Sothoth of HG reports: "Inside Fort Tethana, a few steps behind the door is a Solider NPC.

Soldier tells you, "You seek Commander Kurth? The Renegades are tunneling beneath the fort. The commander led a force of men down below to deal with the creatures before they could break through the earth. You can find the entrance to the pit just southwest of here. It's still on the plateau, though."

The dungeon is named Renegade Incursion and is located at 0.5N, 73.3W.
Inside you can basically just go one way, all others are dead ends. On the way down you have to fight Tumerok High Priest's and Tumerok Major's, at the bottom you will find 3 Gotrok Extas' as well. One room after them you will find Commander Kurth and 2 Soldiers.

Jared Kurth tells you, "If you come here to fight, then fight. I've no time for discourse."

Soldier tells you, "The Renegades have been at our door for years. And in all that time, what reinforcement has the Queen shown us?"
Soldier tells you, "Commander Kurth has long been the only force that held this fort together. Were it not for him, we would have fallen long ago."
Soldier tells you, "We hear the talk of blue-skins out of the north. We understand the fear they instill in many who follow the Queen, but we have our own problems to deal with here. If the blue-skins would aid us in this conflict, who are we to hold to ancient grudges?"
Soldier tells you, "I've seen those Knights in action, and I must say, I am impressed. If Commander Kurth were to gain control of soldiers such as those, Fort Tethana would surely be a force to be reckoned with."

All there is besides them 3 is a portal back to Tethana. Either this quest is bugged, not yet active or the solution lies outside of this dungeon (or I am blind hehe)."

Blood Reign of LC send more details: "If you would like to aid Queen Elysa defend Forth Teth, then you must do the following:

Run to 5.9N, 69.0 W. This is a Viamontian camp outside of Fort Teth. Kill the Man-at-Arms (very fast respawn) standing beside the fire. Loot his note and his fort Teth portal gem.

Note on 14 day timer.

You split Viamontian Man-at-Arms apart!
Viamontian Man-at-Arms falls to his knees, stricken by the power of Yog-Sothoth's blow. As he falls, you notice a small bit of parchment peeking out from the confines of his pack.

Go to Danby's Outpost and visit the yellow guy there. Hand him your note. he will give you the Queen's Missive.

Jin Ghao tells you, "You! If you would do your Queen a service, I bid you listen to me."
Jin Ghao tells you, "Our forces have spotted several Viamontian Knights in the area around Fort Tethana. When attacked, they quickly fled into the hills. We have sent emissaries to Teth in the hopes that they might shed some light on this situation, but our emissaries have not exactly been met with the warmest of receptions."
Jin Ghao tells you, "I do not like this situation. There is something about it that fills me with dread. Go to Teth. Scout the hills north of Teth. If you find anything of note, report back to me."

You give Jin Ghao Tethana's Response.
Jin Ghao tells you, "So, the King of Sanamar courts the Commander of Teth. And Kurth has not reported this to the Queen? Damn that wretch."
Jin Ghao tells you, "Take this missive to Commander Kurth. He will show allegiance to his Queen! No further dealings with Varicci are to be tolerated!"
Jin Ghao tells you, "Go!"

Jin Ghao gives you The Queen's Missive.

Go back to fort teth and head to .4N, 74.3 W. Enter the dungeon and make all lefts until you reach Kurth. Give him the Queen's Missive.

You give Jared Kurth The Queen's Missive.
Jared Kurth tells you, "So the Queen wishes to court the favor of Fort Tethana after so many years of neglect? And with such poetic words, no less."
Jared Kurth tells you, "You seem like a good-natured sort. Take this letter. Deliver it to... deliver it to whomever it is you truly serve. Fort Tethana does not blindly follow whosoever would claim her as some mere jewel. We have long been besieged by those damnable Renegades. If the Queen - or the King - would have Tethana's allegiance, they will send us the reinforcements we so desperately need."
Jared Kurth tells you, "Go. I have no more to say to you."

Jared Kurth gives you Tethana's Price.

He will give you a note in return.

Return to Danby's and give the Yellow guy the note from Kurth.

You give Jin Ghao Tethana's Price.
Jin Ghao tells you, "He makes demands of the Queen? His allegiance is not his to barter! He is a Commander of the Royal Guard!"
Jin Ghao tells you, "I apologize. I should not raise my voice to you. You have done your Queen a great service. Take your reward and go."

You've earned 720,000 experience.
Jin Ghao gives you Blade of the Realm.

Note: Doomcloud of VT reports that the Knight's Stash chest outside at 5.9n, 69w where you kill the Man of Arms at for the note and gem may spawn majors!

Darius of the Nexus form HG pulled lvl 6-7 scrolls and wield 300ish low work loot. (unlocked chest - 7 day timer).

Dungeon Dan of WE reports on an alternate to this quest: "Kurth tells you to give the note to whomever your loyalties lie with.  I poked around Sanamar, and then up at the nearby castle.  The "Grand Knight" right inside the entrance of the castle accepted the note, and rewarded a sword and xp just as the queen's man did."

Grand Knight tells you, "The King may be willing to deal with you rebels, but until I hear from His Majesty directly, I'll have nothing to do with your kind."
You give Grand Knight Tethana's Price.
Grand Knight tells you, "So, you are the Commander's messenger, are you? You have certainly done him a great service. The King will welcome this information."
Grand Knight tells you, "Now, if you would truly be of service, get back out there and fight. A land at war is a glorious land indeed!"

You've earned 720,000 experience.
Grand Knight gives you Renlen's Grace.
