Swordsman the Player reports: "The White Spear's cave can be found at 93.8N, 40.1W. Take Sanamar portal then take the Westwatch drop. Beware, he keeps a brood.  He has 5 penguin guards on a five minute respawn. He is undebuffable so don't waste your time. Once you have that head back to the chapter house. Hand him the head and he will tell you about the Altar of Grael, a nest of powerful Mukkir on Vissidal at 75.9N, 69.4E (Altar Nest). He says bring the head of Vargol the Scion. The portal is restricted to level 140+ and the initial drop is clear so buff there. Use bludgeon. If you don't have that, pierce, if not that slash. BE CAREFUL; THEY HIT HARD! Vargol is just down the ramp along with a bunch of broodlings. Take the head back to  Varlanna, then take a token representing your chosen weapon. Give it to Eddred for a sweet red runed weapon."
