Hello Maggie =)

My name is Ssting. I've found a Jewlery and I'm not sure what I can do with it. As I saw your very cool page, I was wondering if you knew what a "Red Jewlery" was. If you want me to send in a pic and some info, please give a massage =)

Um... I think you meant "message" ;-) *quickly deduces English is a 2nd language!* 

I think you may be referring to a Red Virindi Jewel. Those can either be turned in to a Stone Collector for some pyreal, or to a Jewel Collector for a Red Gem (casts Strength V). You can see a picture in the CoD Trophies section. If that's not the info you need, please send me a screen shot of the item and I'll see what I can find out. Thanks for the compliments on the site!

Why did you quit putting your character screenshot up on your site?  I seem to remember it used to be on your webpage.  I haven't been to your site in about 7 months or so, so I was just wondering.

February 14, 2001 - Trouble with Log-In

I am having trouble logging on to the zone.  When I load up the screen where the selection of worlds are, the log-in screen won't pop up!!!!!  I called my friend, Shyn Da Shoo, and he said you have to wait like 20 to 30 minutes for it to pop up because he said that happened to him too!!!!  I suppose you have some type of connection with the zone or COD so can you contact either one of them and ask them, WHAT IS UP WITH THE ZONE?!?!??!?!?!?

Hee hee. Well, I couldn't resist making some comment on the new in-game help system. (For those of you who have missed it, Advocates and Sentinels have been replaced with 8 full time employees). Let's hope it's not on par with the rest of Microsoft's notoriously poor customer service! (uh... these opinions are my own, etc. etc. ;) 

It's sad to see those cool shields go, for sure. And the limited in-game hours seem somewhat iffy; but I must admit that I think they're on the right track. Paying people for their work is good! I've always had a strong personal moral opposition to working for free! ;-)

To answer your question, though, I have no "ins" with the Zone, nor does CoD as far as I know. And, as always, this site is not affiliated with the Crossroads Gamaning Netwok, the Zone, Turbine, or Microsoft! My opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Crossroads Network, blah, blah, blah.

But! As a gift to you, I have a sure-fire method to get you in contact with someone on the Zone immediately. Simply write to them and tell them that your credit card is expiring and you need to make new payment arrangements! You will be amazed!

I have been a fan of your site ever since it has come out, and all I wanted to know was when your going to fill in your magic section so I/all of us in AC can look up in your magic section and see what spells you have for us. Please write me back in regards to this letter.

I know that this is the second letter I have sent to you today ;) but i was just wondering if you have seen Babe the Blue Auroch, and Paul the Monuga. Oh, and just to gloat for the heck of it, when I was PK, I killed a guy named Exit Wound, LvL 60ish and I was LvL 30 =)

Finally, I remembered what I was gonna say =) Ok, here it goes. Do you think that you can make a section where people put up their created templates that have been a success? So pretty much a section of character templates. I think that I speak for all who wanna know about some new character templates to help them out. Please publish this one so that all your other fans can see what you have replied to.

I published them ALL! I am in a Letter posting mood today. I've been debating for some time whether to publish spells formulas or not, which is the main reason (other than the regular time constraints) why the section is unfinished. I probably will since they've been up all over the web for quite a long time now in numerous places. I must admit, I've used the sources on occasion, even though I like to do the bulk of the research myself. 

Yes, I have seen Babe of the Uber Moo and Paul the Monouga. Congrats on  your PK kill! I have a similar success story that I hope to be sharing soon!

And last, I've been planning a Template/Guide section for quite some time. Danier's mage essay was the first addition to what I hope will be a treasure trove of character creation ideas. Thanks for the suggestion.

You were correct in stating that the healers do not sell Health or Mana Elixirs. They only sell them if someone has sold them to the merchant. But there is a potion better than a Health Elixir. If you go hunt Obsidian Golems, they often drop black rocks. If you bring this rock to the Obsidian Enchanter in Samsur he will make a  Potion of Black Fire which restores 100 HP.

And yours is the best AC web site around =)

I'm a newbie, and I've killed many drudges, ect....

After reading your Mask Guide, I decided to "create" one. Well, I've killed many drudges but i didn't find any head! I only found some Drudge's charm!

What do they do?

Welcome to Dereth! The various creature masks, with the exception of the Virindi & Heritage Masks, were only available during the Hollow Victory patch. You won't find the heads any more. Sorry! I'll update the page to make that more clear.

Drudge's Charms, however, can still be turned in to a Collector for a reward! You can check the Vendor Rates page for Collector locations. I'll be eventually adding the information to the Arts & Crafts section in a more coherent fashion, but that should do for now!
