The Crystal Minds, Shattered Souls quest has been updated with fabulous pics. The Slumbering Giant patch page also got some miscellaneous updates, including new rewards from handing Bobo banana foodstuff and updated xp for turning in Bronze Statue parts to the Arcanum Researcher. Thanks to Jehu Lundegarrd of TD and Ninetoes of MT for the info! Yet even more updates added to the Crafters and Collectors & Marae Lassel Crafters pages. Last, Vendor Rates page was updated with the new coordinates for the Arwic vendors.

I also wanted to say a special thank you to everyone who sent nice mail, and messages, and generous tips recently. It certainly made me less cranky about the time wasting hoaxes from this patch!! I appreciate it.

The Attribute Redistribution quest has been written up in the quests section. Remember kids, if the quest page has a series of emails published with quest notes, these are *not* write-ups. The information is provided solely as a courtesy to the community until I have time to do a full write-up. Which I now have done. ;-)

The Cual Recall Scroll has been buffed and fluffed with details on the run to the Asylum, better directions through the (in)Sanitorium -- courtesy of hours and hours of my personal hell ;-), and more!

Dev chat added to the Slumbering patch page. And yes, the nightmare shadow info was another hoax. Really, I am NOT amused at this waste of my time and the undermining of the usefulness of my site.

Yet more reward added to the Crafters & Collectors page. There's just a few missing from the mainland crafters, but the Marae Lassel Crafters needs several updates still.

A few more creature pics and other misc. updates added to the The Slumbering Giant patch page, including The Gatekeeper and The Sage. I was hoping to finish the Recall to the Singularity Caul write-up, but... I got booted from the game, then my character couldn't log in to the Zone, then was outdated or something or other. I don't know. Sounded fishy to me. ;-) In the meantime, a map for the Caul Anthenaeum (2nd dungeon) has been added to the Singularity Recall quest page, courtesy of Cerulia of TD. More coming soon!

The Crafters & Collectors page has been updated with numerous new trophy rewards! The Marae Lassel Crafters page also updated. New rewards are highlighted in yellow. It should be a little easier to see what's missing. Thanks to everyone helping to update this section!

More updates to the The Slumbering Giant patch page, including a table from Archui of HG with info on the new keys and chests!

Pets section also updated with various creature pics from this patch. If you have any pics I'm missing, please send me an email! Avid photographers might want to review my "Screenshot Tips," for suggestions. Although the backs of your heads are very attractive, they're unlikely to be the pics chosen for publication on the site! ;-)

More updates to The Slumbering Giant patch page! The new trophy updates keep coming! As soon as I update the Crafters and Collectors pages, I'll list which ones are still missing. Rofocale of TD also discovered that in addition to the 2 new spines, the Island Armoredillo Spine now also works with the Silifi of Crimson Stars! Still more to come!

I was extra busy at work today, so the updating carried on into the wee hours. But ya gotta stop some time! Many updates to The Slumbering Giant patch page, including creature pics, trophy updates, new texts, new spells, a swarthy robe, new chests, new lore and more! Town Crier Rumors & Ulgrim the Unpleasant sayings updated. Additional details and pics posted on the Singularity Caul Recall quest; the Crystal quest was cleaned up a bit (pics to follow); and more added to the Attribute Redistribution quest. And did I mention the Tremendous Monouga? I think this just might be the best patch ever!

Thank you to all for the overwhelming number of patch submissions today! There's still much more to come. Unfortunately, I may not be able to use many of the new creature pics you sent because it was too dark outside.

I'd also like to say thanks to everyone who posted in the Vault thank you threads. I didn't have time to post on the boards, but I got the links you sent. That was very sweet! I appreciate the sentiments. As everyone knows, I eat that kind of thing up. ;-)

The Townspeople Sayings have also been updated with the original Martine's Retreat sayings and the changes from the Verdict event. Shopkeeper sayings from the destroyed Advocate Towers also added.

The final Propylaeum quest has now been added to the Quests section. Visit the Empyrean Lightning Propylaeum for a Galvanic Bracelet and a Fragment for your Helm of the Elements. Al-Arqas Starter quests also updated.

The Easter Eggs section has also been updated with one of Dereth's wonders. Find out what happens when you give the Drunken Madman an apple! It's damn funny.

It's the cutest thing since plush tuskers! Lost Link of HG discovered that you can use a whittling knife on the little coconuts from Tuskie Throwers to make your very own, fabulously stylish Coconut Tusker! The Hall of the Tusker King patch page updated with this new find.

Yaraq Starter quests have also been updated. Humans in the Pets section updated with a pic of Nuhmudira from when she appeared during the Gaerlan quest. Thanks to Vlaid for the shot!

More buffing and fluffing to the quests section. The Rithwic and Shoushi starter quests have been updated (yet again, for the 100 gajillionth time ;-) with revised xp rewards and fabulous pics. Raeta's Necklace has also been spruced up. Thanks to Follow Me, aka Dumbledore, for acting as quest guide for a pack of mules. There's nothing like a bunch of unbuffed level 1s with 15 run skill wreaking havoc on ML! Ahh, good times. ;-)

The nifty Dereth Navigation feature is back up and running on the Shortcuts page! Yay! I can't believe how quickly I got addicted to it once I started using it! Thanks again Arboc and Passive Resistance of SC!

After much bad timing, I was finally able to complete the Acid Propylaeum this weekend to get the last prism fragment needed for my Helm of the Elements! Yay!! Thanks to Danier and H P for leading the quest. (Final Propylaeum write-ups coming soon.)

One more ancient quest added to the pile: the Soul Fearing Vestibule, more commonly referred to as the 3 Towers quest. Thanks to the many of you who sent info on this quest over the years! I apologize in advance to anyone I missed on the credits.

Once again, continuing with the housekeeping in the Quests section. All that nagging is finally paying off! ;-) Several of the Dark Majesty quest pages have been buffed and fluffed into complete write-ups with fabulous pics: Siraluun Matihao, the Siraluun Dress and Headdress, and the Hea Tuperea trio of quests -- Virindi Implants, Collars of Fealty and the Crop!

The Thrown Weapons page in the Sports section was also updated with the newest value and burden changes, as well as the additional elemental weapons now available for purchase.

FYI, the cool nifty Dereth Navigation in the Shortcuts has been temporarily down since we crashed them with our traffic!! ;-) Arboc of SC is working with his hosting company to get this fixed and I'll make sure to announce when it's up and running again.

Happy New Year!! Whew, time flies, doesn't it?

Yet another section has been revamped: Rumors in the Culture section. Instead of listing out the texts of the rumors back to back as before, I've moved each rumor to its own individual page and added the text of the examine panel, if any. The list is divided out into store bought rumors and other notes and rumors. A page with Townpeople Sayings from various patches has also been added.

The Travel section boasts another exciting new feature, courtesy of Arboc and Passive Resistance of SC (apologies for the delay in getting it up on the site)! They've created a Dereth Navigation system which allows you to quickly and easily get the shortest route to any location via Arwic. Visit the the Shortcuts page to see this feature in action! Thanks again Arboc and Passive Resistance!! It's pretty cool!
