It's even more tidying for today. The Explorer and
Society Wands updates from several patches ago have been added to the
Exploration Society Letter Quests write-up and
Rewards
Table. The
Flag Stamps
page was also cleaned up and pics added. The
Ruined
Amulets quest updated with a note on Sunstone Guantlets.

Casino Rewards
have been updated with the changes from the Discoveries event! No more easy
bunny slippers or green tea ice cream, but you can get quest and crafter

write-ups. The
Aun/Hea Romance newbie quest on Marae Lassel, and more currently, the
Heart of

Mace page has been
updated with revised properties and random loot generated info! And continuing
with the Title quest updates, the
Olthoi
Titles quest page has finally been put into coherent form! Find out how to

updated to reflect the new property information from the latest patch.

Asheron's
Island info on the patch page updated with info about the upcoming hotfix to
correct the Brood Matrons' spawn timing.

The ground trembles, casting stones
from cliff faces and snow showering from the highest peaks.
The quake originates near the city of Eastham, but the shockwave can be felt as
far away as Marae Lassel.
A piercing wail echoes across the ocean waters near Eastham, and a groundswell
of Olthoi can be seen pouring over the Island to the east of the city.

I've gone through some more patch submissions and
added numerous updates to
A Swelling Tide
patch page! I know some of you are patiently waiting for me to declare this the
best patch ever! Heck, it goes without saying. But I'll say it anyway: best
patch ever!! For @day alone I'd declare it best patch ever! Not to mention cool
new tinkering updates, thrown weapons love, fancy new hats, the teeny tiny golem
invasion and infestations of hippity hoppity golden gromnies! (Ya, I know that's
a (bug,
but it's funny!)
Harker's Head
quest also updated with a few more gauntlet stats!

Finally, after many aborted attempts ('cause,
well, I'm kind of gimpy), I was able to make my way down to the Catacombs of
Opposition, the location of the new Olthoi Town from last month's
Heart of Woe
event. What's down there, you ask? Olthois on a stick! New NPCs! And fabulous
new Olthoi Weapons! You can find the full write-up

The
Harker's Head
or Sunstone & Opal Gauntlets quest has been revised into a full write-up
with fabulous pics! If you didn't get your share of Olthoi grubs in the Panaq
quest, there's plenty for you here! I don't know about you, but after touring
the Subterranean Farms, I'm not too keen on eating food coming out of Rithwic
any time soon!!

The overhaul of the
Tinkering
section has been completed, except for a few missing updated icons.
The various titles quests in the
Quests
section received numerous updates.
Salvage
Titles and Hats were added, as was the
Harbinger
quest (which receives the Champion of Dereth title). Links to all the titles
quests were placed on each of the quest pages.
Other quest updates include
the addition of
Martine's
Mask & Robe, poses for the Rusted Weapons added to the
Fishing
quest, and many other miscellaneous details throughout the section.

I've begun the overhaul of the
Tinkering
section. The bulk of it has been updated with all the new effects from
A Swelling Tide. Lots of the usual typos
corrected as well. Thanks to everyone who pointed them out. And thanks to
everyone who submitted info on the latest patch! I'll try to get the remainder
added this weekend!

I'm back from the ACPL. Tired, but back! Lots of
good fun and conversation with tons of AC players, arguably some of the nicest
people in the world! One such conversation inspired a new item for the site:

The Past, featuring posts from the old Q&A board (to be updated daily). It's pretty funny to look
back on some of the old answers and see just how far the game has come. But as
we all know, the more some things change, the more others stay the same. Click

a small update. Find out the name of the new town, then bend Microsoft's ear
about an AC issue out of Turbine's control - a new expansion pack!

cameras with that stuff called "film," so it will probably be a few more days

Letters updated! I
told you I'd try to get back in the groove!
Now it's off to Boston for me! I'll be bringing my laptop
with me, of course, and depending on the festivities, I'll try to pop on a time
or two for those unable to attend. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Many many pages updated with the items from the
last few patches. With the exception of the xp table and individual Beasties
pages, most of the main sections should be up to date now. I've also started
revamping the weapons pages in the
Sports section in
response to the latest
Letters to the
Players. The Dagger
page is the first re-vamp.
As always, you'll find the
quest and crafted weapons, plus the store bought/starter weapons, but I've
decided to do away with the random selection of loot generated weapons (while
keeping the cute little icons, of course!). Instead, I've combined the much
requested max damage info with a description of the range of stats likely for
the different types of weapons. Dirks also finally added. I know I'm missing
many of the new max values. Re-researching for the umpteenth time gets a little
old! If you'd like to help fill in the updated stats, please
send me an email!

The
Beasties page in the
Pets section finally
updated with all the level changes from A Perfect Paradox (page very slow to
load). Creatures from the latest patch also added. Individual pic pages and XP
table updates coming soon. The updated stats are in yellow and the white stats
still need confirmation. If you have updated info for any creatures I'm missing,
please send me an email!

I'm still plowing through the massive number of
emails from the latest patch. I'm down to the last 75!
Heart of Woe
patch page updated with numerous items. And what a patch it was! New quests, new
creatures, new titles, new spawns. I think it just might be... the best patch
ever! (Better late than never, eh? ;-)
Many other pages on the site
were also updated with miscellaneous information, including additional stats and
poses on the
Heart of Innocence page.
Crafters an
Collectors finally updated with the most recent golem heart rewards. Many
quest pages and other pages updated throughout the site.
Thanks to everyone sending in
updates! I've also started working on the backlog of submissions from previous
months. The Stuff I'd Like
page has been updated with new requests. Previous requests have not yet been
updated, so if you don't see your submission yet, it's coming soon!

Drumroll
please... Yes, the
Letters have been updated!! I promised they were coming soon! What's a few
months between friends anyway? ;-) I know I have a half a year to make up for. I
think the sheer mass of my Inbox just made my head ache and my eyes cross and
then I'd put aside the task for another day. I've decided to start small! A few
letters for July to kick it back in gear. Then bit by bit I'll be filling in the
missing months... um... soon! No, really! Cross my heart!
