Off the western shore of
the Direlands a soft pulse of energy forms. The energy steadily grows until
it crashes into the ocean waters and reveals a partially exhumed temple in
the sands.
An assault of mana pounds the western surf and then becomes silent.
Residents at Ayan Baqur are taken aback at the appearance of a spectral
being.
Thanks to tawni ii for reporting! See the

Banderlings on entering Bellig Tower Base!
Today's
Blast from the
Past is a pic someone made to map the beginnings of the Shadow Spire
movements! The credit on this pic is unknown. If you know who made it, or if
you have copies of any of the other Shadow Spire maps that were floating
around, please send me an email!!

Today's
Blast from the
Past is one of my most important days ever in Asheron's Call. Nov. 6,
1999, when Ned Cleversun swore allegiance to me! Now 25 levels above me at
level 108 and
with 1674 deaths, I just have to say... they sure don't make vassals like him any
more! ;-)
Have a Blast from the Past
you'd like to share, send me an email!
Two more quests cleaned up
with pics added:
Lair of
the Homunculus and
Drudge

Ispar.
In honor of AC's 5th Anniversary, I'll be

Five years ago, new portals opened from Ispar
into Dereth and a wave of adventurers arrived. Since that time we have
overcome many challenges and seen our society grow and prosper. In
celebration of that day and in honor of the heroes who have found glory and
riches, the Council has decreed that fireworks shall be set off at the
bronze statues in the cities of Dereth. Happy Birthday, Asheron's Call!
It's election day in the U.S.
Please make sure you find time to vote today! If you're one of those
annoying people who claim there's no real difference between the
parties so it doesn't really matter, you're indulging in intellectual
laziness!! Plus, you drive me crazy. If you're still undecided, feel free to
email me, and I'd be happy to try and persuade you. ;-)
Don't know where to vote?
Visit My Polling
Place or call 1-866-MYVOTE1. Bring a picture ID with you as a
precaution. If you're not yet registered, some states (like mine) let you
register on the spot. Otherwise, you can talk to an Election Protection
person if there's one available or call 1-866-OUR-VOTE for instructions. If
neither of these works, ask for a provisional ballot (bring your picture
ID). For other election resources, visit the
League of Women's Voters
site.
...ahem... Go Kerry!
