Wi's Buff the Bunny Campaign - September 2000

Buff the Bunny!

brought to you by Wi

Welcome to the "Buff the Bunny" Campaign homepage

The White Rabbit is a level 503 rabbit which was added to Asheron's Call as a spoof of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
In the movie, the feirce rabbit easily annihilates a small group of knights, and in the end must be destroyed by a holy hand grenade.
Back in Beta and early release, the White Rabbit was a force to be reckoned with!
Now in the day of level 100 characters and Aerlinthe Island, he's just another landmark...

I propose that Turbine buff the White Rabbit, restoring him to his previous state of the most powerful and highest level creature in dereth (Babe the Blue Auroch is level 733 as of the September patch).

The Proposal for the New White Rabbit:

  • Level 999

  • Insane Missle and Magic defence (no perching), a Melee defence that is bypassable, but not open to criticals too often (everyone has a race weapon they can use)

  • Unbelieveable AL hide, even the critical hits that will invaritably get through his defenses should only hit for 2 health with Imperil VI on.

  • Lots of health, and stamina - getting him to half health should take an army

  • Crazy amounts of quickness and run, if you watch the movie, he basically flies!

  • Lots of strength, coordination, base damage, and unarmed skill - he should critical over 90% of the time even on a 126th level melee, and should do enough damage to hit in the multiples of hundreds through a complete set of level VI buffs.

Basically, a very large and disperse group of level 70 characters should not only be no match for the White Rabbit, but they should die in one hit each.
