Terese added another saying after the dungeon was updated during A New Threat!

Little Green Seeds can be found on any type of Shreth and may yield any color of plant except black. The seeds found on Rampager and Assailer Tuskers will produce the black plants.

When you hand your seed to Terese, the responses from Terese will vary. Sometimes you'll may not receive a plant at all, only a rude comment! Sometimes she will try to cast a spell on you. And at other times, you may get lucky and receive 5 plants instead of one!
